What information do we collect?
When you submit a contact or proposal form, we record your name, email address, optional contact and company details, your message and any attached project file. We use this information to assess your request and contact you.
Access and security
Form submissions can only be viewed by authorized management users. Project files are not served in the public media area. IP information used for rate limiting is not stored directly; it is processed as a one-way digest.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics is disabled by default. If you consent, the page path, referring domain and general device/browser class are recorded. Scheduled maintenance deletes analytics records after 90 days. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer.
Your requests
You can request access, correction or deletion of information you shared using the contact form. We may ask you to verify your identity to assess your request.
